If a client has already paid you outside the platform, you can still send the gallery without setting a balance payment.

When balance payment is required for a video, the client does not immediately get full access to the final file.
Before payment is completed, the client can watch only a short preview of the video with a watermark applied.
Once the client makes payment and you confirm it, the full video becomes available for playback and download without a watermark.
